I went for a run yesterday and became quite dismayed when my Ipod shut down mid run due to the fact that my kids had turned it on and ran out the batteries...I was forced to listen to the sound of nature and cars racing by instead of losing myself in my internal dance floor..ughhh!!
I thought this little image (found on Pixie Rock) suited this enjoyable story of mine!
this was one of my first actual runs in about a month due to the sucky fact that I broke my toe and couldn't get my running shoes on as my foot was so jacked up...yuck!
I finally couldn't take the lack of running anymore and just ran through the pain (ALL the more reason I needed music...just to help escape from my own pain).
I need to download some more songs as most of mine have become too memorized to me..not quite giving me the same workout boost they used to.
I've pretty much stopped buying cds all together now so I tend to use my Ipod alot in turn requiring me to hear the same songs over and over again since I don't have enough downloaded to get me through more than a couple hours...
anywho...enough about my ipod....how about a new workout recommendation? with my broken toe dilemma, I had to find more ways to keep myself healthy....yeah for the newest Turbo Jam release.
