I admit that I am what you would call addicted to running...but here lately, my daily runs are becoming rather boring plus my 10 mo old now tries to climb on my treadmill every time mommy wants to go for a run. So what shall I do? I shall bust out my Fitness DVDs I bought about 3 months ago. I must admit I didn't use these much in the beginning, but my new crawling baby required that I bust them out of hibernation. I can honestly say that I am in pain...a good pain....but in pain. This program works...it really works. I bought the turbo jam set after seeing a short segment from my sister in laws collection. I have tried a different DVD each day and I am seeing the results and feeling the results.
Chalene Johnson, the perky instructor, is extremely motivating and has a body to die for.. She is fantastic and I wasn't bored for a second. I highly recommend investing in this program....IT WORKS!! Do each dvd....some of the ones that I thought would not be as effective, made me even more sore and worked muscles that had been neglected for a while.
